The People and Culture Manager is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
- Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zone
- Resolve issues which prevent effective team working
- Conducts training and development needs assessment, gap analysis
- Develops training and development programs and objectives, OD intervention
- Obtains and /or develops effective training modules utilizing a variety of media or platform.
- Trains and coaches managers, team leads and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Plans, organizes, and facilitates for employee development and training events.
- Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Modifies programs as needed.
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
- Develop a perspective on key global trends, including globalisation, and how they impact the firm and our clients
- Uphold the organization's code of ethics, values and business conduct
Requirements:
Technical Knowledge or Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to speak in public
- Very good command of native language and at least one foreign language

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Training, OD, Learning and Development from Hospitality Industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
