NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Planning and Scheduling Senior Associate to join our team in Quezon City, National Capital Region (PH-00), Philippines (PH). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for reviewing multiple Work Queues to ensure that work items are being completed on time and correctly. Coordinate both inbound and outbound work items to ensure they are routed to the correct work queues within Service Line Agreement timeframes. Validate incoming provider inquiries received via electronic mail, the Post Office, or Fax are logged and monitored from date of receipt to completion. Provide direction for data research utilizing a variety of applications and online resources to ensure requested data updates are handled appropriately. Assist junior team members providing guidance to ensure that database entries are complete and accurate. Review work in progress to address questions, verify accuracy, and prevent delays in processing. Interact with other business colleagues to resolve provider-related issues, particularly with Provider Relations, Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Claims Services. Special projects and other duties as assigned. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Self-motivated, flexible, and responsive to changes in priorities and deadlines to support business needs. Exceptional research, problem solving, and analytical skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare processes, insurance products, policies, and procedures. Requirements for this role include: Ability to work regularly from Monday-Friday. Shift timing will be 8:00pm to 8:00am Manila time. Shift will be scheduled during this timings University degree or equivalent that required formal studies of the English language. 3+ year(s)months of experience in a service-oriented role where you had to correspond in writing or over the phone with customers who spoke English. 3+ year(s) of experience in a service-oriented role where you had to apply business rules to varying fact situations and make appropriate decisions 2+ Year US Health Insurance inbound call center experience. 1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools. *** The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement. *** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Orientation/Process training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.
