Qualifications The Professional Services Consultant for Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) is responsible for the delivery of implementation services for Oracle NetSuite PBCS customers in a post-sales environment. Working with the rest of the Professional Services department, this position will apply leading practices to meet the customer’s business needs. The position also requires developing innovative solutions for system optimization and/or to address unique requirements to the customer’s satisfaction. A Consultant must have a passion for helping customers find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers is a top priority. Working with aggressive timelines and a full customer portfolio is required. This position is not expected to travel. Provide implementation services to new and existing customers Orient and guide Customers to PBCS leading practices as applied to their business need Document and analyze any unique business requirements outside of the leading practices Provide solutions and their validation as part of the client engagement Configure/customize the PBCS application based on accepted business requirements Conduct personalization/walkthrough sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summaries Perform offline tasks that are included in the project implementation Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables Contribute to internal PS initiatives Actively participate in initiatives to improve Leading Practices (e.g. solutioning, methodology, business processes, service offerings) Participate in SME program / Pods in area(s) of interest and expertise
