• Supervision of production workers and production process
  • Monitors the performance of the production area and production workers
  • Maintains cleanliness and order on the production floor
  • Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development, and health, safety & welfare of your team.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the related field is required
  • With at least 2-3 years of working experience preferably gained in a food manufacturing set-up
  • Preferably received training in ISO 9001, GMP, 5S, SOP, and HACCP System
  • Preferably with formal training in Baking Science and Technology
  • Preferably knowledgeable in different steps of the baking process
