THE OPPORTUNITY Plan International Philippines is looking to engage a Program Development and Grants (PD&G) Manager to help us lead our business development and resource mobilization efforts. This leadership role is vital for the effective functioning of our operations and to help us achieve our Country Strategy, vision and goals. The PD&G Manager will be responsible for securing resources and ensuring that external partnerships and collaboration schemes are thriving. Further, as the Program Development and Grants Manager: You will lead in preparing and reviewing all our annual grants, targets, plans, and achievements and will ensure that critical funding information is communicated to relevant units throughout the office. You will supervise all the Fund Agreement Documents (FAD) and overseeing the Grant reporting process. You will collaborate with key units to develop a tracking, monitoring, and reporting mechanism for all existing Grant projects. You will be tasked with the important responsibility of managing and cultivating relationships with Plan’s National Offices, donors, and other key partners. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? To be successful in this role you will need among other things: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field. At least five years’ work experience in the development sector, specific to program development, resource mobilization, and grants management. Has relevant knowledge of and experience in working with corporate, bilateral, and multilateral donors Proficiency in business planning, project/program development, budgeting, and reporting with various donors. Has experience in identifying and developing fundraising opportunities Has experience in working with children and communities on child-rights and gender-transformative program and projects Fluency in Filipino and English (written and spoken).
