Required to undertake the design, estimation, tendering, procurement and project management of water treatment and chemical dosing projects. Manage the delivery of projects to defined budget and time constraints, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company performance criteria. Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for equipment solutions, communicating directly with applicable members of the Engineering and Sales Team. Assist the Sales Team with spare parts and equipment maintenance of existing installations. Ensure that equipment offerings are standardized with full documentation to facilitate expedient reproduction of engineering solutions. Manage or assist with equipment commissioning, working with the Engineering and Sales Team. Work with suppliers and contractors to develop quotes and delivery timeframes. Work with the Engineering and Sales Team to assist in response to Tenders and Quotations. Spare parts and equipment maintenance support of existing installations. Assist in the development of training materials and operating and maintenance manuals as well as all other documentation required for successful project delivery. Assist the Sales Teams in identifying and developing sales opportunities for new and existing customers. Submit regular project reports, ensuring feedback and communication with the Engineering Manager and Sales Team. Ensure full compliance with Company policies and procedures. Adhere to company and customer OHS policies, procedures and rules and follow safe work practices. Maintain excellent written and oral communication with Customers, Suppliers and Internal Staff. Have a clear focus on Safety. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other relevant Tertiary qualification. 5+ years industry experience. 5+ years Project Management experience considered favourably. A background in control system automation or electrical engineering considered favourably. Microsoft Office skills required Microsoft Project and AutoCAD experience would be an advantage. Ability to understand complex dosing and control systems and offer process improvements.
