• Ensure that the property government compliant, maintained properly with proper documentation, front office management, housekeeping, facility maintenance, service to residence and safety and security.
  • Daily monitoring and evening / Regular inspection of property in terms of cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Properly handle all personnel and coordinate with agency through their coordinator all necessary action of the agency as well as coordinate with human resources department for any enhancement and any personnel concern.
  • Conduct daily briefing with project engineer regarding facility maintenance, check on service request accomplishments and act on details that are necessary and of urgency. WORK with credible supplier/ contractor to implement and accomplish programs and task to enhance the property..
  • Ensure the water, maintenance dues, and service request are being billed properly and manage its property budget properly. As well as approve payment request for things necessary and only up to his capacity as part of the budget.
  • Custodian of petty cash and shall submit report and disburse petty cash properly.
  • Create necessary circular for residence and memo to properly coordinate with them on necessary communications.
  • Present accomplishment report to the board of trustees which includes budget, accomplishment on facility and documenting circulars, memo, incident report. And seeking approval on major issues that may be necessary.
