Complete physician to physician contact within established service level requirements. Achieve individual growth and business-unit goals. Contribute to the department’s success by succeeding at departmental and quality metrics. Acknowledge, follow-up, and close-out cases as assigned. Maintain a confident, helpful, and positive tone on all calls. Efficiently manage customer cases, calls, and multiple computer applications Stay informed with current knowledge of customer-specific protocols and policies. Obtain and update customer’s contact databases. Comply with all company and department operational guidelines and policies. Participate in operational development programs as assigned. Requirements Must have an Associates degree or college coursework preferred with a focus in Health Care Administrative, Business, Finance, or a related field. At least four years of call center experience within the health care industry. Experience with people, performance and process management. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint. With business demeanor and skills with the ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written and listening skills). Ability to successfully market, sell, and promote company services in an outbound call center (production driven) environment. Professional behavior with courteous, polite and energetic qualities. Preferrably with Radiology experience or similar in a clinical setting / remote support Willing to work at BGC, Taguig on a nightshift schedule. Why Join Us?
