JOB OVERVIEW I’ve outlined my goal and compensation for a VA with real estate knowledge and experience in prospect calling property owners. The candidate must be able to handle objections or upset property owners using the script provided to convert cold calls into appointments for owners to sell their properties. VA daily task are the following: -Calling prospects using RedX to expired property owners, pre-foreclosures, and mailed farm area for appointments to sell their real estate. -Converting calls into appointments from prospecting. -Keeping track of called prospects for future appointments. -Calling prospects about Just List/Just Sold properties for appointments to sell or buy real estate. -Learning provided scripts for prospect calling. -20-30 Hours per week.
