Produce reports that show performance at an intra-day, daily, and weekly level. Achieve efficient collaboration with vendors and internal partners. What You'll Need Minimum of 1 Year of Experience in Workforce Management Minimum 2 years experience in the BPO Industry Advanced knowledge of Real-Time Management Communication Skills – clearly delivers information to a variety of audiences Reporting Skills – adept in using spreadsheets Flexibility to work during weekend/night shifts Bonus Points Basic skills in Genesys or other similar tools Experience in a Global Command Center (GCC) set-up About the Team The GCC serves as the backbone of WFM at Uber via traffic control, real-time support, and short-range planning.
