Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within the organization

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
  • At least with 2 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment process
  • Knowledgeable in different job portals
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Persistent, flexible, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
  • With strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office working tools with capability to do precise report
  • Able to work effectively in diverse team
  • Can work under extreme pressure
  • Preferably a resident of Cainta Rizal or nearby areas
  • Can start immediately
