Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within the organization
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
- At least with 2 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- Knowledgeable in different job portals
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Persistent, flexible, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
- With strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office working tools with capability to do precise report
- Able to work effectively in diverse team
- Can work under extreme pressure
- Preferably a resident of Cainta Rizal or nearby areas
- Can start immediately
