Duties and responsibilities for the role;
a. Source, recruit, and interview prospective employees for agent positions
b. Determine appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing.
c. Partner with site management to understand and anticipate recruiting needs and ensure appropriate applicant flow
d. Support Recruiting Supervisor and/or Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities
e. Attend training sessions to maintain and improve level of skills
f. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Also we need those who have background handling volume hiring for agents and Knowledgeable about account management.
