SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Process and interview prospective employees for exempt and nonexempt positions Determine appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing Partner with site management to understand and anticipate recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow Support retention-building activities to achieve and maintain retention goals Support Recruiting Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities Collaborate with operations, learning and clients in recruitment process improvement plans Ensure that performance of each coordinator and specialist are on track WORK EXPERIENCE At least two years of successful recruiting experience for exempt and nonexempt personnel preferably in a high volume, fast paced customer-focused environment. Call center experience strongly preferred.
