They deliver packaging design, production ready files and CGI E-Commerce images, delivering end-to-end marketing solutions from concept to implementation. They are currently seeking a candidate who will play a major role in helping the sales organization exceed their sales targets in the role of Regional Account Director. The job is based in Mandaluyong City, the Philippines. The Regional Account Director role will act as a key representative between the company and client stakeholders, developing relationships at all levels. Job responsibilities: Understand and drive the strategic vision of the company on a partner perspective Identify global opportunities for business growth, new service scope and new revenue streams Develop sales strategies and effective business proposals Lead strategic discussions, negotiations and pricing development of all pitch and tender management, effectively communicating strategies and action plans across the team Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels Motivate and develop key Account Manager teams, either through direct line reporting or in a global environment Provide short, medium and long-term reporting and forecasts Coordinate timely global account data deliveries from each region Participate in cross-functional teams to develop better processes, policies and effective workflows Ensure compliance to all management reporting requirements – financial, sales forecast, KPIs etc. Conduct quarterly business reviews Meet with client’s key stakeholders (occasional travel required) Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Sales or Marketing preferred) A minimum of 10 years’ client servicing experience in an agency role A minimum of 3 years’ Account Director experience with global exposure A minimum of 5 years’ Brand Packaging and/or Marketing Point of Sales Material experience Excellent sales and account development skills Strong time management, problem solving, and collaborative selling skills Fluency in the Chinese would be an advantage
