They have been in the industry for over 25 years and operate in more than 30 countries in the world. The job is based in the Philippines. The Sales and Marketing Director will provide effective product knowledge and application support to the sales teams and dealerships, to assist with prime products and work tool sales execution. Job responsibilities: Develop and deliver product and application training to the sales teams, dealerships and customers Provide analysis and insights to product application trends Provide reports on competitive performance studies, feature/benefit comparisons and market dynamics to provide life cycle cost knowledge Provide analytical support to the sales teams, dealerships, customers and internal stakeholders Provide input to Product Groups and NPI (New Product Introduction) teams for next generation Provide input to NPI product development activities during various NPI phases in terms of VOC (Voice of Customers) collection/communication, development of functional specifications and critical customer requirements Attend NPI gateway reviews as and when needed Provide customer solutions to meet KA (Key Accounts) by conducting regular visits Develop strategies and recommendations for the construction product department Work effectively with internal and external business partners and sales channel development Promote and implement marketing plans and dealer ability improvements Conduct market/survey information gathering Job requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course At least 10 years of working experience in Construction and heavy industrial Experience in high commercial structures and/or bridges Good leadership and analytical skills Strong decision maker and well versed in planning and control Can start immediately
