Ausphin is looking for a Sales and Marketing Lead.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Lead teams of Associate & Senior Associates in Sales & Marketing to attain and exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team sales targets for acquiring new clients
- Consistently drive and monitor company activities and campaigns of the team to ensure achievement to sustain continuous pipeline of prospects and flow of sales
- Build and maintain market potential of candidates by building applicant sources through partnership with educational institutions and agencies
- Cultivates strong relationships with potential and existing educational institutions and agencies
- Assist in training and developing Sales & Marketing Associates in sales strategies, strengthening product knowledge, presentation skills, and soft skills among others
- Work together with Sales & Marketing Manager in identifying marketing opportunities by defining market trends, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses to improve and create business development plans
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and targets to by analyzing and summarizing collated performance data
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Brand Management or related field
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Managements as a Supervisor or its equivalent
