Description:

• Develop and grow sales pipeline including prospecting, educating and closing;

• Research and develop new leads and prospects in private and parochial schools for the provision of digital textbooks;

• Work with the Marketing Team in drafting and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities in line with the company brand and standards;

• Schedule meetings and conduct face-to-face presentations or online demos with prospect clients and decision-makers;

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships; provide account management and after-sales support;

• Manage information for new and prospective clients in the company CRM ensuring all communication is logged and accurate;

• Proactively contact clients to check in, answer questions, identify training needs, schedule training and learning sessions with school masters;

• Provide sales and status reports and updates on client service utilization, as well as analysis of usage trends and service opportunities to help clients maximize usage of the product;

• Define, implement and manage client communication plans to cater to client’s needs; Prevent potential cancellations and ensure client retention;

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to discuss overall and/or specific client needs and keeping clients engaged in our products and services and ensure client satisfaction;

• Understand latest trends of the local market and suggest opportunities to develop product and improve services;

• Other duties as may arise from time to time or as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or any related field;

• At least two (2) years of sales experience in the publishing or technology industry catering to educational market;

• Amenable to occasional business travels and outside-the-office meetings;

• Has strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport and professional relationship with decision makers and prospect customers;

• Familiarity with CRM (Sales Force), orientation to details and strong organizational skills;

• Excellent selling, communication and presentation skills; Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs;

• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
