Description:
Sales Representative are responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account assignment; transactions can be related to billing and collections support, client inquiries, product support or inbound sales. Responsibilities include:
- Interacts with customer and ensures adherence to quality and customer service policies and procedures
- Follows prescribed criteria to analyze and evaluate online survey questions and its intended results
- Provides constructive feedback to customers, product owners, survey owners and the like
- Maintains a repository of best practices and customer preferences to drive a positive customer experience
- Ensures absolute consistency of measurement across the business and strive for objectivity and efficiency
- Works against established Service Level Agreements and metrics and evaluated by the degree of their achievement
- Gains and ensures excellent knowledge of product, system and processes
- Proactively work with process mentors from both internal and external departments to improve overall performance
Requirements:
- Open to college graduates, college undergraduates and high school graduates
- Must have at least 6 months to one (1) year working experience in Sales/Retail in any industry
- BPO experience is an advantage
- Must have good English communication skills
- Willing to work in Cubao on day shift schedule
