We are searching for a friendly, thorough sales support specialist to contact prospective clients via telephone and e-mail. Responsibilities include finding potential clients and determining whether they might be interested in our products and services, and then scheduling a time for our Sales Representatives to meet with each client. You should also keep a log of the numbers you have dialled each day.


– Familiarize oneself with the company’s products and services

– Perform market research in order to generate lists of potential clients

– Generate business to business leads by trying all the possible methods (call or e-mail) needed to contact clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed.

– Tracking/monitoring sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales persons, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts

– Encoding data of appointments / calls done on a daily basis

– Provide support to a company’s sales team with other related tasks as needed


– Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

– Good phone etiquette

– Upbeat and positive, determined and results-oriented

– Capable of handling customer objections and rejection

– Business to business experience and/or prior experience in making out-bound calls is preferred, but not required.

– Ability to listen, identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer.

– Computer literate with good data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

– Comfortable and at ease with making calls.

– Self-motivated and a team player.
