This role is a direct extension of SAP Concur’s Client Experience mission to become a trusted partner, empowering clients to focus on their purpose and become a best run business.

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with your clients, measured through revenue growth, retention and relationship health.

Being part of Client Success means you will have a unique opportunity to join the client on their journey with SAP Concur.

The goal is to ensure the client feels supported and achieving their desired outcomes by offering industry insights and best practices.

This is a dynamic role where you will identify and hone your unique talents.

You will look forward to:

Building a territory plan to proactively engage clients throughout their lifecycle

Developing strong relationships with each client using virtual meetings Achieving account retention and revenue goals on a quarterly basis

Serving our clients and internal resources with integrity

Developing the ability to speak to industry best practices and SAP Concur products

Working in partnership with our Sales teams to identify sales opportunities Contributing to process development and organizational growth projects Opportunities for training in role as well as career development
