The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for managing tasks, tools & programs associated with support of the Field Services team and Global Sales Operations organization. The team member will work closely with other Field Services Specialists and other functional teams in order to collectively support the global sales organization. This position will be based out of Concur Makati office and requires night working hours aligned to support US based personnel. This position reports to the Data Integrity Supervisor, located in Manila. Responsibilities: Execute data integrity projects and cases Own scheduled daily, weekly and monthly data integrity tasks. Execute on-demand projects assigned within the required turn-around time. Identify duplicate and inaccurate account level information in Concur’s instance of salesforce.com. Review, analyze, and perform manual and automated integrity checks using the tools provided. Identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies using problem-solving, logic, and critical thinking to ensure complete and accurate data. Request information from Sales & marketing Operations Teams and proactively research client/prospect company websites or data.com for correct information. Work on assigned projects pertaining to revenue alignment and cleaning up records. Conduct ongoing client profiling efforts to ensure client data integrity and data enrichment efforts. Update inaccuracies directly with correct information or request de-duping actions from IT. Interact closely with Field Services & TMC reseller specialist, Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations Create accounts for Sales, Marketing and Business Development Other duties as assigned by management Operational Efficiencies for Data Integrity Services Participate as subject matter expert to continue to improve processes, efficiencies and exceed team SLA’s Understand, work from and contribute to DIS and Field Services dashboards Gain proficiency with internal tools such as Salesforce.com, CRM Fusion and other tools used Maintain data integrity process documentation as enhancements and changes occur Operates under direct supervision with frequent reviews of work, and at times with minimal supervision. Manages activities to agreed turnaround times and required quality standards. Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
