JOB OVERVIEW Job responsibilities ? Plan, execute, and monitor advertising KPIs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly to maintain targeting and remarketing campaigns ? Monitor campaigns budget daily for optimization and scale profitable ads ? Generate and analyze reports on advertising campaigns ? Track campaign changes, progress, results to provide insights and pinpoint issues ? Contribute in planning effective paid search strategies, keywords research and audience segmentation ? Adjust bids, keyword statuses and negative keywords to gain better ROI ? Write effective and concise copy for ads (ex: Ad Extensions, Headline Search Campaigns, Product Display Ads) ? Monitor Ad tags statuses to ensure tracking and key metrics are accurate ? Be up-to-date on SEM trends to continue for optimization, risk management, click fraud, etc. ? Complete any related ad-hoc tasks per requested by senior management ? Everyday tools: Google Ads, G-Suite, Asana, Slack Required Skills ? MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing SEM (Required: Google Ads, Nice to have: Bing) ? Proven experience handling an ad spend portfolio of $1M+ annually ? Strong Excel and Google Sheet Skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, filters, etc.) ? Experience with tools for competitive analysis and keyword research ? Analytical thinking with strong data-driven mindset ? Strong experience in data analysis and reporting ? Deep knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts ?
