Technical knowledge of reconciliation and thorough understanding of financial controls Minimum Skills Requirements to Go-live: Product Specific Knowledge Knowledge of banking products & services Process Specific Knowledge * Ensure timely clearing of all discrepancy items (aged below 60 days old). Identification of process gaps and implementing process improvements. Establishing proper controls and procedures. The area is responsible for monitoring and escalating outstanding items. There are various daily and month-end deadlines that must be maintained to meet reporting deadlines. Each Quality Analyst within the team is responsible for monitoring 150+ operational accounts.
