Identification of process gaps and implementing process improvements. Establishing proper controls and procedures. The area is responsible for monitoring and escalating outstanding items. There are various daily and month-end deadlines that must be maintained to meet reporting deadlines. Each Quality Analyst within the team is responsible for monitoring 150+ operational accounts.
