General Summary: Seeking highly motivated individual with strong end-to-end Strategic Sourcing, Real Estate/Facilities Management, Enterprise procurement and Finance process and system subject matter expertise and business acumen. Will develop and execute against a defined Strategic Sourcing agenda to deliver significant and sustainable ongoing results. This work will require the Manager to work cross-functionally with our Business user community to execute sourcing activities as well as special projects designed to architect, rollout and execute end-to end process improvements and shared services functions. Key initial areas of focus will include: · Serve as Spend data analytics leader in support of Global Strategic Sourcing as well as FP&A including internal and 3rd party capacity and resources · Drive Procure to Pay program acceleration as well as Record to Report and Order to Cash improvements · Drive Philippines GREO and Facilities management assessment and transformation · Design and lead APAC GREO and Facilities vendor management and develop a repeatable supplier management and measurement model that could be applied in a Center of Excellence format to any strategic supplier engagement · Design and drive a Philippines shared services transformation initiative over the foundation of current and future process improvements of the above end-to-ends. Manager performance will be based on progress against established plans including cost reduction achieved, spend influenced in region, compliance to Global Strategic Sourcing policies and controls, measurably improved processes and his/her ability to establish and maintain positive and credible relationships with key stakeholders within TeleTech to ensure their participation in Global Strategic Sourcing policies, processes and initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Percent of Time Ø Research, analyze, evaluate, and make decisions regarding sourcing processes, policies, and strategies: § Assess strategic importance of category management, regional alignments, and redefine plans accordingly § Understand and optimize how business processes support business and corporate strategies and objectives. § Determine sourcing options and supply alternatives to meet objectives and deadlines § Lead structured analysis of supplier industry, economics, spend data and market conditions § Evaluate strategic importance of established business and functional processes and redefine plans accordingly and as needed. § Determine and document for the process stakeholder and owner the impacts of changes, and suggest policy, goal and rule changes. § Lead structured analysis of existing processes and policies with regards to sourcing and procurement and communicate possible changes to gain efficiencies. § Evaluate purchasing patterns and forecast trends 30% Ø Communication and Stakeholder Management: § Articulate TeleTech Sourcing policies and standards. Encourage and enforce compliance § Effectively communicate the impact of sourcing decisions to management and employees as appropriate. Actively enroll their support to gain trust and confidence § Maintain contact and relationships with chosen vendors; liaise vendor and internal stakeholder § Answer inquiries requiring interpretation of policies § Respond to audits, surveys, or other information requests from internal and external sources 25% Ø Lead sourcing activities: § Develop and manage RFx’s material § Identify viable bidders § Evaluate proposal responses and establish sourcing strategy § Select finalists; negotiate and complete contracting § Measure and monitor value of negotiations 15% Ø Coordinate and control cost: § Coordinate the sourcing process to select and maintain vendors that provide maximum value § Appropriately escalate non-compliance situations § Support the development of a shared services strategy and plan. Provide plan updates 10% Ø Participate in additional projects as needed or directed by management 20% Job Specifications: Yrs of Experience Ø BA/BS or equivalent experience Ø 10 years in a combination of process improvement, leadership, real estate/facilities management/enterprise and strategic sourcing/procurement environments. Ø Subject matter expertise across all Supply Chain, Real Estate/Facilities Management, Enterprise and Finance end to end processes including “best practices” Ø Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and cross-functional teams Ø Excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize and communicate for written and oral presentations to various organizational levels and supplier audiences Ø Six Sigma greenbelt or higher preferred Ø Conceptual and/or fundamental knowledge and understanding of shared services best practices, accounting rules and Real Estate/Construction technical and soft services a plus 10 years
