To support that we’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Team Leader to work alongside our Community Operations team and own the implementation of on-the-ground training programs in the APAC Centers of Excellence. This multi-faceted role requires quick thinking and proficiency in leading a team, responsibilities include:: Strategically plan, execute and monitor learning programs and training implementations (for new LOBs) Support the development of a team of learning specialists through training observation, mentoring, learning opportunities and coaching. Analyze and measure the effectiveness of the training programs and initiatives. Continuously refining and standardize training processes. Lead L&D projects to to support performance improvement of ANZ+NA Lines of Businesses (LOBs) in the APAC COE What You’ll Do People Development: Owning support, coaching, development & engagement for a team of Learning Specialists and Sr. Learning Specialists TNA: Assess and analyze the needs of the COE and proactively recommend needs based, performance improvement and employee development training programs, and measure its effectiveness. Design & Development: Lead the assessment of areas for improvement and redesign of training programs, curriculum and content recommend improvement Training Implementation: Plan for, and implement ALL new hire training, cross skilling, upskilling and uptraining programs for APAC COE ANZ+NA ensuring efficient trainer utilization. Operational Excellence: Measure, analyze and report the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend sustainable supplementary activities to ensure consistent performance About the Team You will be joining and managing a team of very driven, seasoned and fun team of learning specialists who provides training delivery, upskilling and skills development training for the APAC COE. The team is very critical to being able to support and improve the performance of our ANZ+NA Lines of Businesses. You will also work alongside other Sr. Training Leads for Manila and CRK w/ the expectation to come up w/ initiatives that will benefit our Community Operations Specialists.
