Job Description The Product Strategy & Management Specialist is responsible for identifying and implementing product marketing support programs for various distribution channels. In-charge in the design, logistics, logistics set-up and rollout of the different strategic and tactical programs identified. Conduct regular monitoring and review of these programs in order to identify areas for refinement and enhancement to match evolving requirements of the various distribution channels. The Product Strategy & Management Specialist will be in-charge of the following: New Developed Products/Products Enhancements UAT – involve in the regular UAT of every new product or enhancement in e-Prop; Product marketing program development – developing a comprehensive multi-level product marketing program covering the company’s various product lines as well as the management of the logistics requirements needed to effectively rollout and sustain the running of said programs across different channels and territories in coordination with various branch administration personnel and training unit; Marketing materials design – assist in development of product marketing materials using distribution channel feedback and inputs; Marketing Administration – help manage the day-to-day Administrative requirements of the unit in relation to the development and rollout of various product marketing programs Qualifications: University degree holder major in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or other equivalent field; 3-5 years of work experience in marketing support within the financial services industry, specifically handling product-related marketing; In-depth understanding of insurance products and services; Excellent organizational and project management skills; Vendor management experience; Good communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills; Advanced level of proficiency in Lotus Notes and MS Office including Word, Excel and Power point; and Skilled in the use of e-technologies such as e-mail, mobile, website and social media If you are ready to unleash your potential, it’s time to start your career with Manulife/John Hancock.
