About the Role:
We are seeking ambitious Customer Success Agents who will play an essential role in servicing and guiding potential new customers in a fun, start-up environment. As an Agent, you will be a part of our dynamic and collaborative team providing an amazing customer experience and generating new sales and sign-ups in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment.
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights & weekends.

About You:
Potential candidates should be excited to shake up a stale industry by providing personalized and helpful support to potential new users interested in leaving their current phone carrier and joining Wing.
As an Agent, you will be on the front lines of new customer signs up and tasked with educating users on the Wing product and offerings. Applicants should be quick-learners, have a super friendly personality, be sales-driven and able to communicate technical terms and services in a simple, helpful way, with speed.
What You'll Do:
1. Chat / Ticket Support
2. Manage Wing's social media account
3. Proficient in English
4. Preferably with Telco experience
5. Can start ASAP
