Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing customer's requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

Requirements:

* At least a High School graduate

* Can speak, read, write and understand Spanish language

* Average verbal and written English communication skills

* Filipino citizen or hold relevant status (Foreign Nationals with permanent residency in the Philippines)

* Willing to work on graveyard shifts, weekend shifts and/or holidays

* Knowledgeable in computer applications (MS Office)

* Typing speed at least 25 wpm

* Willing to work in Marikina City

* Willing to be trained and has a positive outlook in life

* Of legal age to work
