Requirements:
- Open for both Foreign and Filipino national
- Must be proficient in Portuguese, Spanish and English (Multilingual)
- Knowledgeable in Technical terms and experience in Service Desk/Technical Support is a plus
- At least 2 years in college or Associate Degree
- Knowledge in Microsoft application is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level technical support
- Troubleshoot related concerns and queries
- Respond to software and hardware inquiries
- Assist customers in logging system
- Update and track the incoming calls in the system
