  • Open for both Foreign and Filipino national
  • Must be proficient in Portuguese, Spanish and English (Multilingual)
  • Knowledgeable in Technical terms and experience in Service Desk/Technical Support is a plus
  • At least 2 years in college or Associate Degree
  • Knowledge in Microsoft application is a plus


  • Provide 1st level technical support
  • Troubleshoot related concerns and queries
  • Respond to software and hardware inquiries
  • Assist customers in logging system
  • Update and track the incoming calls in the system
