Position: Spanish Service Desk Analyst

Location: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City


  • Open for both Local and Foreign National
  • Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Technical Support
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule
  • Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net and other Programming Languages
  • Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
  • Applicants must be located here in the Philippines


  • Responsible in providing technical support in developing applications
  • Escalate developer concerns to the next level
  • Troubleshoot technical inquiries
  • Explaining the procedure on how the applications was developed
