Position: Spanish Service Desk Analyst
Industry: BPO/IT Company
Location: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
- Open for both Local and Foreign National
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Technical Support
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule
- Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net and other Programming Languages
- Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
- Applicants must be located here in the Philippines
- Responsible in providing technical support in developing applications
- Escalate developer concerns to the next level
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries
- Explaining the procedure on how the applications was developed
- Resume screening
