- Open for Native or Filipino national with Resident Visa
- Excellent written and verbal Spanish & English communication skills
- Experience in Translating documents is an advantage
- Time management skills
- With Healthcare or Technical experience is a plus
- Perform customer support via phone, chat and email both in English and Spanish language
- Corrects and/or updates patient registration data.
- Take initiative to recommend and implement quality process improvements based on identified trends or others gaps in knowledge
- Translating documents from English to Spanish (Vice Versa)
- Review and edit blog content, articles, digital benefits, etc.
