We are looking for a highly engaged Specialist Representative who will play an important role in helping improve the lives of patients. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the effective promotion and sale of the different ethical products to physicians in various specialties, through the implementation of determined marketing strategies and programs. Providing consultative selling and expertise in a particular disease area for a specific territory and in the development and management of KOL’s and institutions. Maintain growth & market share over competitors Conduct RTDs/Layfora/GCPs Coordinate with pharmacies regarding movement of stocks, bookings & invoicing of orders to deliverers T Territory Management and ensuring the achievement of QTQ parameters through: Optimization of allocated resources Calling on the right doctors at the right frequency according to plan Implementation of territorial/ marketing programs ensuring IOR (Impact on Resources) Minimum requirements What you’ll bring to the role: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business and allied medical sciences from a reputable institution. Fluent in English and Tagalog At least 2-4 years of strong track record as a Medical Representative from a top Pharma company. Preferably with experienced in Oncology Division or Multi Specialty Care Have an experienced in doing Market Analysis. Why consider Novartis? 799 million.
