Case follow up and overview on open cases. Track open cases and stats to ensure cases are reviewed on regular basis. Manage client tickets, client facing and internal communications. Ensure proper issue qualification before escalation to AMS. Handle functional queries from clients. Troubleshooting of production issues on client trading systems GUI installed on Windows, backend processes hosted on Linux servers and SQL database. Collaborate with internal teams to delivery incident resolution within SLA. Review incident reports before delivery to client. Plan, review and execute internal client projects and migrations. Regularly update the knowledge base with new issues, procedures. Identify and escalate potential issues internally to ensure they have been addressed by the responsible teams. What you bring: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Finance/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering. At least 4 to 6 years product support/ client services experience in Financial markets and equities trading systems Linux commands and SQL knowledge. Exposure to network level troubleshooting. Exposure ITIL service level management and incident Management. Familiarity and experience with Broker Dealer, RIA, Financial Services terminology. Support background with experience working with users and troubleshooting issues. Strong Interest in Banking / Risk Management. Excellent communication, analytical and customer service skills. Dynamic and energetic personality with entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills (team player). Ability to absorb new concepts quickly, think independently, and demonstrate keen problem solving ability. Ability to convey/communicate complex concepts in a clear and understandable format. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
