Sitel – Pasig City, Metro Manila – Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities: Oversees and manages the Talent and Succession Bench for the region and all the Leadership Development Managers across the region. Ensures the assessment, design, development, implementation and measurement of on-going leadership development programs, processes and initiatives happens. Guides the team to focus on strengthening the competencies of current leaders and identifying/developing future leadership talent. As a hands-on leader, the Senior Leadership Development Manager is also responsible for facilitating training and mentoring/guiding learners in all levels in the absence or unavailability of the Leadership Development Manager. Education : 4-year college degree or equivalent directly related work experience Experience Target : Five to eight years of solid comparable experience in Leadership Development Training, including needs assessment, instructional design, train the trainer planning/implementation, program development, evaluation and delivery. Strong background talent management and organizational design. Practical experience utilizing a range of methodologies, including experiential learning, action learning and e-learning. Skills: Exemplary facilitation and platform skills. Excellent training and organizational development skills. Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at multiple levels in order to accomplish organizational goals. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrates an understanding of adult learning theories. Solid computer skills, including use of MS Office suite and e-learning tools. Knowledge/Abilities: Ability to consult and work collaboratively with operations management and stakeholders to get buy-in and accomplish objectives. Ability to prioritize, manage, multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and change. Ability to effectively lead a team. Special Certifications: Formal education in Management preferred but not required. Travel Required : Up to 50%, with potential for extended stays…. – Permanent – Full-time
