Position at NICE inContact Staff Curriculum Developer Location: Taguig City, Philippines This position will be a part of the Professional Services training team. The Professional Services training team works closely with SMEs, Solutions Management and Marketing and other groups to design and develop a variety of effective and engaging online training courses for inContact employees, partners, and customers. This position also involves creating pro-active and responsive training solutions to meet support and service needs while seizing opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, and organizational performance. As a Staff Curriculum Developer, a Typical Day Might Include the Following: Works with Instructional Designers to understand needs and determine requirements. Supports Instructional Designers in development of project plans and prototypes. Scopes projects accurately and submits accurate information for project tracking in a timely manner. Develops bug-free, SCORM-compliant e-learning courses using Adobe Flash, Captivate, Camtasia, and our content authoring tool. Develops and provides online training for product and sales training, staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as ADDIE, distance and e-learning, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. Design and perform needs assessments and training evaluations. Come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, and develop creative ways to solve problems. Develop testing and evaluation procedures. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. Administrator of LMS. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills as well as relationship building skills. Continue to update and revise course content and teaching methodology in order to maintain currency and relevance. Maintain familiarity with current texts, materials, teaching aids and techniques relative to courses within the discipline and recommend their adoption when appropriate. Actively seek ways to improve online content. To Land This Gig You’ll Need: Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience required. 6-9 years experience in creating blended training solutions. Customer focus Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. Training and eLearning development using Adobe Flash and Captivate, Camtasia and Content Authoring tool. Experience in Instructional Design Working experience with SCORM compliant files Familiarity with Learning Management systems. Information research skills, analytical and creative problem solving skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to use a variety of learning/training concepts and principles is required along with knowledge of adult learning. Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial. Bonus Experience: 5+ years direct work experience in a training capacity, including all aspects of curriculum development and execution. 3-5 years experience developing web-based training with Macromedia Flash, and Dreamweaver. Experience with HTML, Action Script, Java Scipt, web server platforms and /or platform languages. Graphic design and layouts skills (including experience with PhotoShop, Fireworks or Illustrator). Competent and proficient understanding of inContact Sales Process and Products.
