Manage the retail staff: schedule the shifts, break times, training, instructions, hiring and personnel replacements. Generate and maximize store foot traffic and sales. Ensure optimum use of store space and presentation. Handle customer complaints and requests and hold a list of voucher codes in case customer complains about the shipping fees and general experience, in cases of emergency. Implement security systems, and procedures to ensure security and safety of store, merchandise and staff. Serve as the link between the supply chain team and the store, collecting special requests from the customers, but also feedback from customer service and the operational team. You will be trained to be fluent in our in-house systems for self-sufficiency. Act as a link between the marketing team and the store: they are aware of each specific marketing operations: online (special voucher, special promotion, etc.) and onsite (fringe activities, etc). Communicate with and escalate to the IT Team if something wrong happens (WIFI, iMacs, sound system, video). Communicate with the marketing team and let them know if they need something special in the store (arrange for a delivery, arrange for a truck to collect the OOS boxes, cleaning, etc.). We have 1 – 2 interns at the office to support them. Communicate and escalate with buyers if a potential supplier wishes to join the display in the Pop-Up Store.
