THE POSITION As Store Manager, you lead your store in order to reach goals and maximize profit. You will have the responsibility to provide GREAT customer service, sales and store standards. You will lead and inspire your store team in their daily work – and in empowering them to be the best they can be. As a brand ambassador, you will spread the Monki love to staff and customers through good leadership and an amazing store experience. YOU Fashion is the name of your game. You love helping people find the styles they love. You’re that kind of person that combines a friendly and sociable customer stance with a professional attitude. Your leadership experience and coaching abilities, as well as your talents in supporting your co-workers to strive for better results, make you ready to take on the responsibility of a key role in a store. You’re good at teaching others, analysing figures and explaining why. You also use feedback as a way to help others be better. You’re a quick thinker so working in a fast-paced environment suits you.
