• Responsible for overseeing back of the house daily operation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting high quality service
  • Analyze staff evaluation
  • Assist team in resolving customer complaints and work towards receiving positive customer feedback
  • Follow all food hygiene, health safety policies and procedures
  • Manage all the reports & DTR of the staff


  • Graduate of HRM or any related course
  • At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Good leadership, prioritization, communications, motivation and interpersonal skill
  • Organized, self motivated, pro-active and able to handle multiple projects and pressure
  • Good command of spoken English & Tagalog
  • Proficient in MS application; Excel, Word & PowerPoint
