Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate – AI/Content Governance/Process Automation
- Review content for searchability, accessibility, and compliance
- Communicate within and outside the team regarding page issues (content and technical)
- Provide page suggestions to improve user experience and search engine optimization
- Develop, maintain and enhance process automation tools using Microsoft Office Automation, Microsoft SharePoint and other process automation tools
- Process datasets and generate reports
- Background in software development / process automation
- Strong English communication skills (w/ experience in client engagement is a plus)
- Keen attention to details in assessing and structuring content
- Accountability to enforce to strict levels of compliance and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Multimedia, or Communications
- Amenable to work on night shift schedule
- Role is on temporary work from home arrangement but candidate should be amendable to work in Centris, Quezon City
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Automation and Microsoft SharePoint
- Financial domain knowledge (domestic and international)
