Description:
- Daily encoding of appointments
- Technical Support managing administrative functions
- Will be responsible for documentation and coordination with the different departments within the organization for the clients
- Handle company/personal phone calls, inquiries and requests
Requirements:
- Computer Literate
- With Excel knowledge
- Good oral and written English
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year program.
- At least 1 year experience with Admin tasks
- Must be willing to report to work in Guadalupe Nuevo, QuezonCity or BGC, Taguig
- Personable, flexible, can work in a team, with minimal supervision
