Description:

  1. Daily encoding of appointments
  2. Technical Support managing administrative functions
  3. Will be responsible for documentation and coordination with the different departments within the organization for the clients
  4. Handle company/personal phone calls, inquiries and requests

Requirements:

  • Computer Literate
  • With Excel knowledge
  • Good oral and written English
  • Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year program.
  • At least 1 year experience with Admin tasks
  • Must be willing to report to work in Guadalupe Nuevo, QuezonCity or BGC, Taguig
  • Personable, flexible, can work in a team, with minimal supervision
