If you have… – Excellent Command of the English Language (both Oral and Written) – A team player but can also work with minimal supervision – Prior support desk or customer support experience – OptimizePress, Leadpages or other design experience. – Experience creating training materials and videos. – Knowledge of basic HTML and WordPress and Other Technical Skills – Drive to succeed and grow with the company – Ability to learn new software and then create training materials. – Then YOU ARE the Support Desk Specialist we are looking for! Responsibilities include… – Customer communication and support – Using Freshdesk to track tickets. – Attending webinars (GoToWebinar platform) and responding to user questions (typing) live (text chat) – Watching our product tutorial videos to fully understand the products we sell. – Creating video and written tutorials with screenshots for our software.
