Job Requirements:
TSR – Technical Support Representative
> Graduate/Degree Holder of Associate/Diploma (2yrs) with 12mos experience or
Bachelor’s Degree (4yrs,+) related IT, Electronics, Telsco or Computers only with 6 mos

> Fresh graduate of 4-5yrs technical course major in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications and IT will be also considered

CSR – Customer Support Representative
> Graduate of any 2-3 yrs Vocational/Diploma/Associate degree with minimum 12 mos CC Call Center experience or
Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least 6mos CC Call Center experience.

Work Location:
16F I-square Building Meralco Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines

REMINDER:
We should be willing to be on-site (entire training) then possibly WFH or still on-site which depends on the situation.
