Description:

Technical support representatives answer incoming phone calls and troubleshoot customer tech problems with computer software and hardware. Call centers hire technical support representatives to work full- and part-time hours during flexible shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

– At least Senior Highschool Graduate

– At least 18 years old

– Amenable to work on shifting schedule
