Posted on 09 January 2020 GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Sunfish Techno Functional Consultant facilitates the implementation of Sunfish HRIS functional design by automating the clients’ HR processes, and seeing through the completion of the implementation cycle and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. SunFish techno-functional resource understands both aspects of SunFish functional and technical capabilities. The techno-functional resource in addition of the functional modular knowledge, also knows about the reporting capability, basic security features and its interfaces. Requirements DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform detail analysis of business process requirements of the clients through meetings, discussions and other requirement elicitation tools. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; recommend necessary mitigation or work around processes to maximize the Sunfish functionality and satisfy clients’ needs. Gap analysis, requirement definition and translation into functional and technical software requirements. Prepare process documentation and solution definition reports Configure client’s business process requirement Anchor software implementation roll-out programs, through various phases such as User acceptance testing, User training, data load and cut-over Responsibilities include preparation of various artefacts such as training materials, test cases etc. and execution of activities such as conducting training programs, software validations etc Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards COMPETENCIES: Basic knowledge of the human resources functions and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Ability to research and find the answer to human resources issues as they arise Ability to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel. Strong communication skills, written and verbal Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines Good communication skills, written and verbal Strong analytical skills (system and creative thinking) Business process management Basic organizational skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience in either of the following role a human resources, business process outsourcing, software implementation, business analyst, project management Bachelor’s Degree in I.T, Computers or Human Resources management.
