You will be accountable for infra/IT strategy to be defined and planned properly, prioritizing infra/IT service targets for region/cluster of multiple projects and interfaces simultaneously You will be accountable for infra/IT services from establishment to OGS (ongoing support) for internal & external business customers in region/cluster, serving as ultimate escalations management and problem resolution You will mentor the managers to creative services, even if diverging from pre-defined processes to provide resolution for challenging customers You will be responsible for assuring End-to-End production architecture design, setup, implementation and operation is managed and delivered properly You will cultivate service orientation and adhere to agreed SLAs, responsible for meeting infra/IT SLA and manage internal KPIs You will become a trusted advisor, to pro-actively strive to understand the challenges of the service partner, the needs of the customer/business groups, plan/anticipate the needs and demands of client groups All you need is… 20+ years’ relevant work experience in software development or Infrastructure management including people management.

More than 10 years relevant work experience as an Account Manager with at least 200+ people under his/her management.

Diverse experience in infra/IT dimensions. Broad understanding of the relevant domain (e.g. products) With relevant work experience working in a I.T. and Telecommuincations industries.
