Duties and Responsibilities: Meet required targets/KPI’s for outbound calls to maximise sales leads provided Coordinate follow-up activities with direct Sales representatives Update data of customer accounts through CRM Receive and follow-up of customer requests Courtesy calls to customers as directed Welcome all new customers through pro-active ‘welcome call’ Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Know the company’s mission and values with respect to HS&E non-negotiable behaviours and performance Participate in the company’s Safety first culture and report all unsafe acts and observations Ensure duty of care obligations are adhered to and you participate in the workplace in a safe manner at all times Participate in training to obtain the appropriate skills and experience safely perform role Adhere to the policies and procedures at all times Act in accordance with the company’s Vision & Values and positively contribute to the company’s positive culture
