Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To assist and manage administrative works directly related to the company president, company documentation support and administrative tasks.

A.) Project Management

  1. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and other external sources for projects
  2. Monitor the completion of permits, contracts and other documents
  3. Coordinate with building owners and lessors regarding on site details
  4. Liaising with different government agencies

B.) Legal Compliance

  1. Maintenance and completion of relevant legal documents at the company
  2. Update and maintain company records and corporate documents
  3. Assist with legal compliance as needed

C.) Executive Assistant and Admin

  1. Support the president with travel details and schedule updates
  2. Assist accounting with bank related concerns
  3. Assisting with material requests and purchase orders including it’s inventory
  4. Prepare and releasing of materials/supplies request to gyms
  5. Timely submission of required reports and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

QUALIFICATION:

  1. Must be a graduate of any bachelor degree
  2. Must have related work experience
  3. Must be willing to work at this temporary position for 3 months only
  4. Must be keen to details
  5. Must have a good record in keeping confidential information
