Client Details: An IT and Service Support company providing customer care & support, technical support services and back-end support to companies engaged in interactive online sports gaming activities.

Position: Thai Client Support Specialist
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 90,000
Work set-up: Onsite


  • Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
  • Proficient in Thai and English
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
  • Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Makati City


  • Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
  • Maintaining customer relations
  • Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer’s needs/feedbacks
  • Preparing and generating reports/relating customer’s queries
  • Data entries of event results in the systems
  • And all other task assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department
