JOB SUMMARY

The job holder shall supervise and control the day-to-day operations of Truck loading facilities for both Aromatics and LPG. He/she will ensure Truck loading staff accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; conduct planning, monitoring, and job performance appraisal. He/she will also be involved in coaching, counselling, and disciplining of erring employee/s including enforcement of systems, policies, and procedures. He/she will likewise interface with Laboratory Department so that Aromatics product, LPG products are properly tested as per required specification. He/she will further perform major interface with Maintenance Department for the necessary Preventive and Corrective action to sustain continues operation of Truck loading Facilities Including interface with Peak Fuels Management, Sales, STPO, Logistics, Chemical Suppliers and other relevant government agencies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

üEngineering graduate, preferably licensed

üWith at least 3 years in supervisory role from related industry

üExperience in Truck Loading Facilities, an advantage

üKnowledgeable in DCS operations

üKnowledgeable in Computer Applications

üProcess strong leadership, good interpersonal relation and effective communication skills

üMust be willing to work in Batangas City
