Insight is seeking an Entry Level Vendor Coordinator to join our Vendor Management Office! As a level Vendor Coordinator, you’ll never get bored with doing the same thing every day. You’ll be constantly challenged with new opportunities and new assignments. This role is acutely focused on building relationships with our Vendors, and internal teams to understand their deliverable needs and help align those to our Fieldglass System. The ideal person will have a desire to learn new technology and has an interest in being data-driven by learning new ways to collect, maintain, and interpret data.
What you’ll do at Insight:
-Create and maintain relationships for maximizing the adoption and usage of our Fieldglass platform
-Be the first level of support to assist our vendors and internal teams with issues and questions
-Provide guided support to our internal teams to help them get their projects created in Fieldglass
-Provide Full-Service Support to the business and become the central point for project creation in Fieldglass
-Assist in the maintenance of our Approved Vendor List on SharePoint.
-Strong ability in coordinating schedules and creating meetings to collect much-needed information
-Proactive Management of engagements in our Fieldglass system. (Assisting in maintaining any changes or updates of the Fieldglass Transaction)
What you’ll need to join Insight:
-2-3+ years in relationship management or customer-facing interaction strongly preferred
-2-3+ years in a customer service focused position
-Staffing Industry Experience a plus
-Prior VMS Platform experience a plus
-SAP ECC experience a huge plus
-Possess outstanding spoken and written communication skills in English
-An agile learner who is ready to gain new skills in business practice, software process, technical strategy, presentation, and management skills
-Strong Data Entry Skills
-Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. and Word will provide a solid foundation for success
-Must be able to support East Coast Standard hours
